Treat tension in a targeted way: The set for point-specific self-massage

With the BALL SET you can target pain points and hardened muscles very specifically. The set consists of two fascia balls in different sizes: The smaller BALL 08 has a diameter of 8 cm. It is more intensive and even more targeted than the larger fascia ball with a diameter of 12 cm. With both fascia balls you can treat yourself to a soothing massage on the entire body. With the larger BALL 12, the fascia massage is somewhat more extensive. With the BALL 08, on the other hand, you can increase the pressure on the tissue to be massaged and reach deeper lying areas even better.

Application: You can use the fascia balls in different ways: On the one hand, you can simply take the ball in your hand to massage easily accessible parts of the body with light pressure. This works very well in the area of the chest muscles, for example. You can also work with your own body weight: For example, clamp the ball between your back and a wall and massage the muscle strands to the left and right of your spine by bending and stretching your legs.
