Applying the THERMO PAD FOILS
- Preparation: Ensure your skin and the THERMO PAD are clean and dry.
- Attach foil to the pad: Partially remove the backing from Side A (split liner), place the THERMO PAD on it, then press firmly.
- Apply to skin: Remove the backing from Side B, place the pad on the desired area, and press gently.
- After use: Carefully remove and reapply the protective film.
