FAQ Gift Card
The gift voucher can only be redeemed in the BLACKROLL® online shop where it was purchased.
It is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and can be used on all products available in the respective shop, except for other gift vouchers.
The voucher will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after your order. Of course, you can also print it out if you would rather have something in your hand to give as a gift.
No. Any remaining credit remains on the digital voucher card and can be redeemed for further orders. A payout or interest payment is not possible. No replacement can be provided in the event of loss.
Vouchers are excluded from exchange and cannot be blocked.
